In the landscaping business it's hard to give customers a time frame of when we will be there but we try to give an estimated time. When we give that estimated time we look at how many employees we have and how much work we are doing on the job but there is always break downs on equipment, loss of employees or family emergency's etc. We have a lot of customers that add to the job or make changes, when that happens that changes the time we are on the job and it affects all the jobs behind that one. If a customer cancels there job they are taken off the job list, if they reach out and want put back on they go to the bottom of the list. It's been a rough year with the covid-19 virus and employees. It's hard to find people that want to work. My husband and son are on the jobs all the time and they work hard at it (we can only do so much in a day). When we are short on employees then I'm on the job also helping and the emails, phone calls and office work is put on hold. When we are doing a job we like to make sure it is done correctly and it looks good and to make sure the customer is happy with the job we do. We are about QUALITY not quantity

I can't say anything bad about there quality of work because they have never arrived to do the job that was scheduled for mid July, but I can tell you that there lack of responsiveness, and lack of punctuality is as poor as I've dealt with in the construction industry. Supposedly we were back on track to get it done, thinking it was going to happen sometime in September when we were emailed saying we were next on the list. We wait and wait another three and a half weeks go by. I finally decide to email to get some kind of time frame of when we could possibly expect them and it's now been nearly a week with no response. Completely unprofessional! What is baffling is why a company would play games when it comes to business in dealing with a customer willing to pay for there services. I guess we are slowly finding out that this area unfortunately is lacking in professionalism from many in the construction industry. My advice would be if your looking for someone that will be responsive to questions and can somewhat keep to a schedule I would totally avoid this company. I was hoping to be a customer but didn't happen. I do have emails to back up my complaint in case your wondering if I'm real. Nearly a customer, ME

Jeff does his work well and to the customers satisfaction. Creative design his not just the name of his company but aptly describes the finished products that he and his crew produce; his ideas solved several difficult challenges we had to update our yard. I greatly appreciated his integrity, as well as his willingness to talk, listen, and work with us to produce a beautiful project.
