As you can see on our website and booking system all colour's prices are stated as "from" - it means starting price. Also a note is written on the service information: ( 'The price stated is the starting price, please note that it will vary according to hair length, thickness and staff member. For more accurate prices we recommend to book a free hair consultation' ). On the appointment day we always have a 15min consultation where we discuss about the services and prices before starting and giving the client the opportunity to decide whether they want to proceed with the treatment. We understand that you didn't want to proceed with the blow dry as you didn't want to add extra cost on your treatment. Staff were really friendly! However, I was highly disappointed to find that the price i had been quoted when I booked online was nearly double when I got into the salon. I ended up paying more for highlights than i had been quoted for highlights and a cut and blowdry! They didnt even dry my hair fully because I had to not have my hair cut because of the new price so Iwalked home with wet hair. Not the staffs fault but they need to sort out their online website. I wouldnt have booked if I knew it would be so much!
Hi Hana, I am sorry you feel that way. As I explained to you, all toners fades with the time - between 2 to 6 weeks- and that's why we recommend to re-toner the hair before it gets very light. The toner will keep your balayage shade always fresh. I checked when you came last to the salon and it has been nearly 3 months (12 weeks). As you never toned your hair since, I advised you to come for a toner service which will make your balayage looks fresh and beautiful again. My experience at this salon was initially very good, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However the quality of the balayage wasnt great considering the hefty price tag attached. I moved to Manchester not so long ago and had been looking for a hair salon. I found Antonacci expecting good results but unfortunately that wasnt the case. After my visit to the salon, my hair colour changed drastically after 4 weeks of colouring. From a burnt copper colour to BLONDE (I have naturally dark brown hair). I sent a message only to receive a robotic email back saying I should book in for a toner and pay another 55+. Ridiculous right?! Ive had a balayage a couple of times before in London and had no problems post-hair colouring even without toner. And they didnt use permanent dye either. I dont think ANYONE would expect their hair to change colour 10 shades lighter after a mere 4 weeks. Instead of providing me with a solution, they tried making even more money out of me. Given up on them.

Please do not go to this place. I paid 250 for a cut and botox hair treatment which was meant to be estimate of 150 but it seems they charged me for the keratin blowdry despite talks of doing botox (they did botox treatment too) which made me confused but I thought to myself that maybe those two things are the same thing so I just went along. When I came home, to my surprise it turns out they aren't the same thing and they just ripped me off. My hair looks worse than before too due to the wash and cut service. Carole was on a mission to pull as many hairs off my head as possible with combing it from the top to the bottom when she knew my hair is dangled so imagine how much my head was wrestling with her. Do not get me started with how uneven my hair is right now. I was too stunned to speak throughout the whole appointment and just tried to not cry or lash out because I never treat my thin and fine hair that harshly and take great care of it despite having hate relationship with it currently. I was stupid in trusting them since they have great reviews and been named as one of the best salons in manchester.
