I apologize for the back-order tank tops that were out of stock and I would like to point out that we did refund you the $135 for the items that did not come in during our normal lead time even though we also gave you a full run of the replacement shirts that were printed in lieu of them the first time. At no time will I ever ask that my staff deals with unreasonable time constraints, profanity-laced text messages, or profanity-laced voicemails with threats. They talk a really good game at first, but the service is terrible, no follow through, they botch orders and never fix them. They cant return a phone call or make a meeting to save their life once you order from them and everything is paid up front so you end up waiting for months for your product with no recourse. Then they tell you that youre just too small of a company to get any real attention. Take my advice, find someone else if youre a smaller company

Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Which is pretty bad. Would not recommend doing business with Fully Promoted ever. Steer clear, it was not a pleasure at all. ***Response to owner: Been working with your company for almost 6 weeks. Do not have an order to reference and worked with 2 separate people. The second person was supposed to make sure we were taken care of, since the first person dropped the ball. Now, 2 people have dropped the ball. I have never tried to do business with a company so bad and been this unsuccessful? Started working with another company yesterday and we've gotten further in less than 24 hours than we have with Fully Promoted in like I said 6 weeks. Pretty terrible that you can respond to a bad review faster than you can emails when we've been trying to do business with you. Not sure how you stay in business. Maybe it's just like high school and we aren't cool enough for you.***

Logo's were printed crooked on my shirts. They did them again and they were still crooked. They assured me they were correct so I didn't open the box until I got home. Once I opened the box I called them and emailed them pictures. They would do nothing besides tell me that doesn't usually happen and next time it won't happen. There will not be a next time.
