Haven't done business with them but I didn't get a good impression of the company. I have called them twice for a quote for a remote start for my car. The first time I called the guy who answered the phone said that he had to get a quote from a technician and that he would call me back. No phone call. I called again 2 days later and told them that I never received a phone call for the quote. The second guy took my name, number and email and said that he would email me the quote. Never got the quote. Not a good first impression

This company has alot of good reviews which is why I went to them. Long story short I feel as if certain customers getting treating differently which isn't much different from any other business. Another company that's more concerned with putting an extra dollar in there pocket as compared to making sure the customer is satisfied. I payed 130 an hr to get my car back and there were wires ran improperly. Along with some other issues that I wont mention but these people jeopardize integrity to put money in the pockets .Clearly it was a rushed job after which I make a comment about and I was told if the money right they can do anything. LOL that's a JOKE. Dont feel as if I got a 1500 job done as far as audio Installation you win some and you lose some.
