We are happy that you were pleased with our installation. We are also proud of all our team members. In regards to the rest of your concerns, please call Brad or Ron to discuss. We have not found any paperwork. Typically our customers sign an agreement which states areas to be done and what the total cost is, before scheduling installation. Thank you and sorry for any confusion. Also Mr. Walkinshaw, now we know this is not Bill Smith. We are now able to address this properly. The carpet has waste because 15 wide material was used, and we installed very large piece, 36 ft long to minimize seaming.

I needed new carpet in my home, so I checked out the various merchants in my area. The best one seemed to be Page Flooring in Springboro, so I decided to check them out. I called the store and talked to a salesman who quoted me $38 a square yard (3' x 3'). That included take up, disposal, pad, installation and the carpet. When I visited the store, the owner told me I was quoted the wrong price. The correct price of course was higher. I thought to myself, "bait and switch?" I should have walked, but we agreed on $38 if I would pay cash saving the merchant the credit card company's fee. So I hired Page to do the job. Two guys showed up to do it. They weren't very friendly, but I'll give them Kudos for doing an excellent job. However, after the job was done, I had some regrets about employing Page. The size of my home is 1683 square feet or 187 yards. Looking at the quantity of carpet the Page estimator sold me, 158 yards, and the waste or leftover carpet, I think I was over sold carpet. In my calculation, I am considering areas in my home that didn't require carpet: a large kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, utility room, and foyer. So this is an old story, you can't trust anyone. In short, I've got Rage because I hired Page. The character Page sent out to do the estimate for carpet didn't spend much time doing it, so basically, what I got was a wild guess. I challenge Page to come out and measure my home for carpet and justify 158 yards. He won't do that. He'll just obfuscate the issue with vague suggestions like talk to Bill, Joe, or some other stooge in his organization, or hide behind some legalize in his contract. Well I have my own ways of resolving matters with Merchants who stiff me.

Mr. Moore we apologize We should have followed up better. It was turned over to our manufacturer for inspection and that person quit and we were unaware. I have a new claim filed today. We will be in regular contact as I discussed with you on the phone today, and see what is happening. Sorry again Mr. Moore, we got the inspection report back 9-13-22 from Shaw industries who contracted a private inspection service called Pioneer. Your claim was declined, no defects were found. There findings was excessive soiling by your back door. And I know you said you didnt mind the dirty discolored appearance, but it is causing damage to your carpet, which does bother you. If not maintained, it acts like sand paper, and breaks down the fiber. As I discussed with you in person, when I personally hand delivered the report, I would try to help you. You would need to pick a much higher quality and do regular maintenance.

Unfortunately they do not stand behind their products. This is a picture of our carpet after only 1 1/2 years since installed. Gave them 2 opportunities to make it right.
