Daniel Reeves was always true to his word and made sure the job got done. And even after closing, he was willing to address small things. How rare is that? I looked at a lot of homes, all new construction, and none compared with the quality of what Verde had to offer. I had an excellent experience on all fronts.

My experience buying a home from Verde Builders has been absolutely awesome. The quality of materials and fixtures is exponentially better than the other spec homes we looked at during our house hunt, and they made great use of the lot and existing trees. Any small issues that arose were fixed as soon as humanly possible, and every person we dealt with along the way has been a delight. Daniel truly cares about the homes he builds, and I would recommend Verde Builders to anyone who is looking for a new build or spec home. When we finally build our ranch, I will definitely be calling them for that project!

We bought our Verde home a year ago and have been very pleased. It is quality construction with nice materials and craftsmanship throughout. They were true to their warranty and came back to fix the minor repairs that we discovered in the first year. Overall positive experience and would recommend to prospective buyers.
