Hi Daniel, Im sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. When we first scheduled the diagnostics, we mentioned that we may not be able to help but would be happy to send our mechanic over to take a look. He was unable to help, which is why we didnt charge you. We thought that it made sense, we couldnt help so you shouldnt pay. For the return visit, we were contacted with a request to replace a fuel pump in your Lexus. We sent you an estimate, you authorized the estimate, you confirmed the appointment, and we performed the work. Upon completion of the work we even swapped the vehicles battery for you to aid in getting the vehicle started, but had to draw the line when it was requested that we remove a pin and jump off another pin of your ECU to start your vehicle. We couldnt take that risk of damaging your vehicles ECU, I hope you understand. We will take your feedback and incorporate it into making our service even better. Thank you, have a great day!

Would not recommend. First visit was a complete waste of time... I explained the issues of the two vehicles I was having no start issues with. They showed up and proceeded to tell me that no start conditions were not in their scope of work and left... Second time around, my brother called them back out (without me knowing he was calling the same place) with further information that a fuel pressure sensor was changed and the engine cranks if that connector is pulled, so I was thinking that it may be the fuel pump. Without doing any diagnostics, they changed the fuel pump, charged me over $600, and the car still doesn't start...

We hired Quicker to execute mobile oil changes for our employees' vehicles. They did a great job coming to our facility and handling a high volume of oil changes. Some of our employees have high-performance vehicles and this was no problem for the Quicker team! Hi Rhonda, We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. When we arrived to perform the service on your 2002 Toyota Sienna, we mentioned that since you were providing the parts for us to install that the possibility of additional parts may be needed to complete the job. In this instance it was the hardware for the shoes that we were recommending in the event we could not reuse the existing ones you were requesting us to use. You mentioned you could not find the hardware at any stores so you insisted for us to reuse the old ones. Per records we could pull on your vehicle the last time a service was performed was in December of 2016. We just were not sold on reusing old equipment so to make sure everything was to our standard we offered to provide you the hardware for free which you appreciated. To make sure you understood the terms we asked you to agree to the TOS before we started any work. Your safety and quality of work for your vehicle is something we will never compromise, even if it is at our expense. We would like to also note that as a mobile mechanic we are flexible to come to your home, work, etc. In this instance you rented out a bay to perform the service and mechanic had to use the public restroom during this time. While we believe this specific mechanic is out of this world, at the end of the day he is human. With that being said, we will make sure moving forward that our mechanics are mindful of time in these situations and come prepared to get customers in and out as fast as possible. We are sorry to hear about the center caps. We have a team of individuals that answer the phones and this was not brought up to everyone. If you can shoot us pictures of the damaged center caps we will make sure to take care of you. We will take your feedback and incorporate it into making our service even better. Called for rear Drum Brake Service. I purchased my own parts. I rented a auto bay. Upon arrival the mechanic asked if I had the spring kit to go with the job. I told him they did not have one, but he could reuse the old one. He said I needed a new one. I told him that it was a reccomended part, just new like rotors and drums and you donot have to change out those parts everytime you do a brake job as I was once married to a mechanic. And can do disc brakes myself. He asked where the bathroom was and was gone for 20 minutes. Mind you I am paying $30 an hour to rent this bay. He comes back and says his company was going to text over a waiver for me to sign. I waited another 15 minutes for the text to come threw. I immediately sent it back and waited another 5 minutes and they claimed they had not recieved my return text. After speaking with the manager I resent another text and they got it. That's almost a whole hour wasted. It was Very APPARENT he had an ATTITUDE because I knew somethings about Brakes and was right. He Proceeded to Use the LARGEST FLATHEADED SCREWDRIVER THAT COMES IN A SCREWDRIVER KIT. to take off my CENTER HUB CAPS ! Which were in Excellent Condition by Digging all Around the First One Like a Mentally Retarded IDIOT ! When there is CLEARLY A NOCH for the SCREWDRIVER ! When he FINALLY REALIZED WHERE the Opening Noch was, he Dug out the Small Existing Noch with the OVERSIZED WAY TO BIG SCREWDRIVER ! DAMAGING BOTH OF MY CENTER HUBS THAT WERE IN ALMOST PRISTINE CONDITION ! YOUR MECHANIC IS SIMPLE MINDED, IDIOT ! HE THEN POPPED THE SECOND HUB CAP OFF FROM 4 FEET IN THE AIR AND LET IT SMACK ON THE GROUND ! HE DID IT ON PURPOSE ! NECAUSE HE WAS MAD !.. I changed the Front Brakes 2 Months ago and have had new Tires put on and the was no Damage Done to my Rims. NO ! I Would Not Recommend Nor Use Your Company Again ! I spoke with the Owner and she called me back after speaking with the mechanic and said he was just trying to do complete his job ! Pictures of DAMAGED PARTS Will.BE ADDED !
