Our A/c wasnt working. Scheduled a service call with Quality Heating as I have been very pleased with their service in the past. The technician identified within a couple of minutes that the problem was due to our breaker being tripped. $185 to flip my breaker for me.

What a terrible company and experience. Installed April Zaire system 12/22/21, left and stated all was functioning well. Next morning I went into basement, and water was pouring out of the tie in to hot water line. Had to shut main water off, this is my elderly parents home in Oconomowoc. Never did any training on system. They used a cheap clamp on connector instead of cutting line and putting hard connection and soldering. Unsure if this company has licensed plumbers, but by looking at shoddy work I highly doubt it. When I called I got the total runaround from the nasty lady who answered the phone. Told me someone was on the way. Hour later called back and they stated he wouldnt be here for another hour. Terrible terrible service, snarky comments from the phone handler, and no transfer to owner of the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My parents are elderly and do not know even how to shut water off, this is terrible service and we will likely seek restitution and possibly file a lawsuit if it turns out they are not licensed plumbers. Horrible, horrible experience!
Fixed my problem quickly. They were able to look into the warranty on my parts and did all the leg work, which I was so grateful for. I was able to get my parts covered and since I do maintenance I also received a discount on the labor. Super professional.
As always top notch service and answered any questions I had. I've been a customer since 1972 and never had a bad experience. being a tradesman myself I recognize quality when I see it.I recommend them to my new neighbor for a furnace replacement and he was very happy he chose them.
L Golner (We have no mention in our system of business with any L. Golner in the last five years). I am a firm believer in feedback which often allows a company to grow. I do not believe I have read a review about Quality Heating & Sheet Meal that has so much incorrect information. We do have apprentices that accompany a senior technician at times but options are readily available to have only one person in your home at once. We also are a "flat rate" company. We quote out each service (no apprentice or additional time is added to the invoice. I would love to hear more about your experience and how these misconceptions came to be. Thank you

Warning they will only come to your house provided you allow them to bring an apprentice with them to train them. While I understand the need to train more in the trades, it should be with the customers permission that the 2nd person is brought in, especially since they charge by the tjme they spend there, not the job. Maybe they should do the repair at a fixed rate. Why should I pay twice the price of repair or service in order for them to train a future worker. It should be the customers choice, not the business. Especially in a pandemic. They have jacked prices on more than one occasion with my family, said we needed parts and circuits that we didnt need, when called on it, they backed off and found a different solution... Go elsewhere, anywhere, compare price seriously. They are overpriced and clearly underqualified if every single repair person has to have an apprentice with them. People have choices - Quaity Heating does not beleive you have a choice, and they are rude.
