The software itself is an easy to use interface with little bugs. It is fairly easy to setup and we've used it everyday for 8 years. The issues we've had has been with the customer service. They are quick to reply but extremely rude and unhelpful. When presented with a situation they cannot explain, they blame the user instead of trying to find solutions, or deem it "impossible to happen", even though it has happened. Not pleased with the tone of the interactions and would not recommend you purchase the product for the customer service alone.

So far so good with our pos system using restaurant maid. It is very easy to set up, with tutorials online readily available. But what is most impressive about these guys to me is they are actually very responsive and offer great support. The product itself is great because it covers all the bases and is easy to use. Great Job and thank you!
