Nicole, I am sorry to hear that your second experience in our store was not as great as your first one. I know that at your previous appointment in September our consultant went above and beyond to help get information on timelines for your wedding this coming weekend. We strive to be welcoming to everyone that comes in our door and do regret that you did not feel that. Extremely poor customer service. Don't waste your time here. Somehow they've forgotten they are in the bridal business, specifically the part about customer service. I was approached with incredibly rude service immediately upon entering the store. The website "welcomes walk-ins" for accessories, which is what my mission was on this past Sunday. However, I was met with disgust for walking in. While this was not my first experience visiting the store, it will be my lasting impression. I'm happy to spend my money where it's appreciated. I'd caution you to consider other, more welcoming options.

Hi Jennifer, We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with your experience with us. Your wedding being only 4 months away we thought you would be overjoyed to know that the gown that you said Yes to had arrived so quickly. We typically start alterations about three months before the date and all of this puts you in such a wonderful and stress free timeline. If anything we under promised and over delivered. And for that I'm very sorry. We truly wish we had more control over shipping from our designers. If you would like to come in and put it on, as we recommended you to do, we are happy to have you come in. We do have a contract and did provide you with our return policy in store and via email. You also signed not one but two documents with the all sales final policy. Thank you for this feedback and we only wish you the best for your wedding. Tirza

Absolutely horrible experience with them. Beware when they charge you $100 shipping and say dress will take 4-6 weeks to come they rushed me , i called them one day later after a Sunday and holiday... said I was rushed and having second thoughts. Currently disputing them and will take them to court! Please do your research. They are unethical . Imagine a place trapping a bride into a dress she doesn't want after 1 business day and no alterations! UPDATE : I tried reasoning with this shop and they said my reviews are extortion. Refuse to work with me and release me . Consider if you want to work with a bridal shop IF ANYTHING doesn't 100% meet your expectations, they will say TOO bad and not assist you. I have a dispute ongoing with my credit card company and Bridal Couture instead of saying sorry how can we resolve this?.... Wrote me an email "hello every week you don't pay for the dress is 10% late fee).

I had a very nice experience at Couture Bridal. I was very nervous going into this appointment, as this was my first time EVER trying on wedding gowns, and I am a "plus size" bride-to-be. I worked with a consultant named Nardos who truly made my appointment the best it could be. Nardos did a great job at accommodating my vision and also gently encouraging me to try a few dresses that were out of my comfort zone. Nardos was mindful of my budget and size, so she only showed me gowns that were in that frame. I arrived with my mother and friend, and Nardos did an excellent job at interacting with my mom (who I know can be very difficult and demanding at times). I never felt rushed or pressured. Please keep in mind that you should "say yes to the dress" at least 9 months before your wedding date so that there is plenty of time to order, ship, and alter your gown. I can't wait for my gown to arrive! Special shout-out to Nardos...she is outstanding!

Michelle, We are truly sorry that your experience was anything but perfect in our store! No one here would ever intentionally want to make a bride feel anything but beautiful in any gown they put on in our store. I apologize if you didn't feel like you were more a part of the size selection process. We do review the size chart and usually ask the bride to select the size she wants to order. In your case the measurements we took in February were ideal for the size 8 gown according to the designers size chart, which is what was ordered for you. We even went up one size from the store sample that you tried on in case it had stretched out. The next size up would have been 1.5 inches larger in the bust, waist, and hip and would have resulted in more alterations. I did speak to the seamstress and she stretched the gown, let it out at waist, adjusted the strap and hemmed the gown to the length discussed. She was saddened to hear there was an issue with the hem. She recalled that you had not brought your shoes to your final fitting. If you had she would have been able to review the length with you and correct it if given the opportunity. Again, I am so sorry that we were not more in tune with your needs and did not offer you the options that you were seeking. We appreciate your feedback and want nothing more than your wedding day to be wonderful.

I went to Couture Bridal on 10 February to look at wedding dresses for my 3 September wedding. I was charged the $25 appointment fee, chose my wedding dress during this visit, was measured for the dress, and told the salon that I needed to set up another appointment because I wanted to bring my mom to see the dress before I purchased it. During the second visit on 18 February, I was again charged the $25 appointment fee despite already having chosen the dress and my measurements already having been taken at the earlier appointment. While this fee was waived because I did sign the contract for the dress and pay the deposit on this day, it would have been considerate of the salon to recognize that I came back and waived both appointment fees. They were not and they did not. When my dress arrived and I tried it on on 19 April, it was waaay too tightI couldnt sit down in it, couldnt dance in it, could barely breathe in it! Come to find out the bridal consultant, upon taking my measurements, ordered a dress that was too small. I tried on a Size 6 during my February appointment (Which fit and felt comfortable. Some very minor alterations would have been needed but thats normal.) but the bridal consultant ordered me a size 4. The seamstress (who is only a consultant for the salon) felt awful because when I raised the issue with the bridal consultant that day (no manager on duty supposedly), she walked away. The seamstress said that she would try and stretch it out. Because I signed a contract with my measurements on it, I had to honor the contract with the dress the salon stated fit within those measurements. The dress was so unbearably tight, I thought the zipper was going to bust and the seamstress couldnt button the top 4 buttons that were around my rib cage (how does one lose/gain weight around their rib cage!). If you think I gained weight between the February appointment and the April dress fitting, I did not. I was the same weight. So, since the salon had ZERO remorse for ordering a dress that left me no room for error, I went on a massive diet to lose AN ENTIRE DRESS SIZE in order to fit into the dress for my final fitting in July. I cannot support ANY BUSINESS that clearly condones having someone get an eating disorder in order to make up for their mistake. I believe a dress should fit the bride the bride should not have to fit the dress. I lost 10 lbs to fit into the dress for my final fitting on 18 July. During the final fitting, the dress did fit and I was able to feel comfortable in it where I would actually be able to sit, dance, eat, drink, etc at my wedding (you know important things that make a bride happy on her wedding day). However, it was also very clear that NO alterations were done on my dress the only thing that needed corrected from my first fitting in April was the length (and the stretching) it was about an inch longer than I needed it to be with my shoes. However, this was not done. I was charged for alterations that were clearly not performed. I was furious. I want NOTHING to EVER do with this place again. This should have been one of the happiest days for me but I was miserable and just wanted to leave the store so that my unhappiness didnt get on the other brides that were there. Upon leaving, I asked for a black bag for the dressI was told that I needed to pay for it. No thank you, I said. I think youve made enough money scamming me with your salon ordering the wrong size dress and having me pay for alterations that clearly were not performed. I will never recommend this salon and will let everyone I know about my experience here. This place should be ashamed of itself .but I know it is not because it had the opportunity to correct their mistakes and they chose not to care! You do not want to be treated like this with one of the most special decisions you have to make as a bride.
