Changing my rating from a 5 to a 3 star. Ive had 3 or 4 times in a row now where I schedule an appointment and they call me to say they had a "scheduling mishap" and request I change my appointment time. Not the end of the world but confusing how this keeps happening everytime now. The stylists have been great so this seems to an issue with the scheduling system and something Floyd's would need to get handled. I started coming here for how easy it was to schedule appointments and that seems to no longer be the case. Please fix this issue.

Moved to LV recently from Denver where there are tons of Floyd's around, and I've been going there for years. You can imagine my excitement when I saw that LV had not one but two of these here! Well needless to say, not a let down by any means. Stylist, Gladys, did a knock out job with my hair, box fade, hard part and that signature Floyd's smooth razor blade neck shave. Great work holding up the Floyd's name, you have a new repeat customer!

I really had high hopes for this place or maybe it couldve been the barber but I wont be going back if its not with Brando! I was sitting there watching his work wishing I had him, hes amazing. The barber not only was late to work I think her name is loni or Toni (dark skinned girl) SUPER SWEET dont get me wrong but that day she rushed through my entire cut. I didnt notice until today that my permanent barber went to cut my hair and her self took photos to show me the mess this barber made of my hair. I highly suggest she gets more training or has a shadow watching her cut! I have photos to post but unfortunately its not letting me.
