We are sorry to hear that you had issues at todays event. Bend XPO is a venue for rental by private organizations to host events such as the one that took place today. The event organizers were responsible for all ticket sales and policies regarding their ticketed event. Bend XPO was not responsible for any cash transactions or door sales for todays event. Bend XPO accepts cash and credit cards inside the building for food and beverage sales. We are not a cash only venue. I purchased $35 ticket for two day event. They only accept cash! The wristbands are not hypoallergenic and I cannot wear them on my wrist. I put it in my purse, but I lost it inside the arena at the end of the first day. I spoke to the management if they can do something about it and they refused to...I was told I had to purchase another $35 ticket and that there is a policy all over the place about wrist bands...there is not even one paper anywhere in the entire place nor do they state anything about the wristband policy at the entrance. There is not even a lost and found area for someone to possibly turn it in! I asked them how many people did they even have to approach them about the same issue...after a long pause, the answer was 2!..really..hmmm....they wouldnt even work with me; offer me a discount, something...there are competitions the next day and I can't just drod off a minor child there by themselves for all-day event...The service I received from management was inhumane.

As an place to have an exhibit on display it's a nice place. But the car show they had was the worst show I've ever attended.

We do value your feedback but are confused how you reviewed Bend XPO prior to the car show starting. Bend XPO hosts a variety of types of events each year. The car show is just one event and we do hope that there is a future event that works better for you to attend here at Bend XPO.
