We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with the service and quote that you received. We base our quotes on the square footage of carpet and rugs being cleaned. When we go based on over the phone quotes we are going off of the your measurements and when we come out and quote it in home we are actually able to measure the rooms ourselves. Not professional at all they do not stick to their word on quotes I will never use them ever and did not today either they gave me one quote on the phone and higher quote when they came in to do the job.

I use Stolls for everything. I am a maintenance man for a retirement facility and some rooms need deep cleaning once a resident moves out. These guys get stains out that I never thought possible. And if they think that they may not be able to, they tell you up front. Very friendly and punctual.

They cleaned year old area rugs two one was round and the other one was square the rugs appeared as if they were not touched they appeared to be the same as when we took them in. I was going to have them pick them up and redo them however at this point I don't trust Stoll's Rug Cleaning with my rugs. Stanley Steamer will come in and steam clean them. One hundred seventy five dollars wasted. My money should be refunded. To top it off we don't even wear shoes in our home so the rugs weren't that dirty. That may have been the real issue.
