Called prior to test drive a Kia Telluride said come in showed up 30 minutes later. told me who said that that they short supply didnt want to put more miles on used Telluride they had there , said had 12 people who want this car you can test drive it when you put $500 down and you own it when order come in , said to me people think Kia are cheap but cost more then you think I said I know what they cost Im good with that , left had my heart set on that car would of 100 % brought but bad service , so took my money to Volvo dealer down road and brought a more expensive car got to test drive car I wanted and way better service.
My sincere apologies that you were not happy with your experience. You may be aware of the limited supply of vehicles all dealers are dealing with at the moment due to the chip shortage. Christopher Jarrin is amazing! During the pandemic, my lease ended on my vehicle and I went with a goal in mind during the trying times. Chris was kind, patient and listened to my goals and got me into a vehicle that checked all the boxes with speed and ease. A week ago, I contacted Chris to look at a few other vehicles while I was getting an oil change. He had the vehicles ready for me to test drive. I went with a very separate goal in mind from the last purchase and he again did not disappoint! Listened. Was enthusiastic. Kind. And now I have a vehicle that I absolutely love. Again another seemless purchase. I will always go to him when myself or anyone I know is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I also would like to mention how wonderful Kevin (who did my financing both times) is. What a pleasure. Keep up the great job guys!

This company is so incompetent that I spent over an hour on the phone listening to the dial tone, when all I am trying to do is bring my car in to get inspected. I am not sure who is working the phone at this company but they need to adjust their staffing. SAD
