I was a seasonal for the National Park Service for years and loved it. This place, however, is another ball game. In my opinion, I noticed an unprofessional attitude toward employees and unsafe conditions. There is also an unwillingness on their part to consider any constructive suggestions for improvement, in my experience. Nice place to visit but if were you I would think twice about working there.

Thank you for the feedback. We pride ourselves in providing an enjoyable, engaging experience on the water for our guests. We are following up with the crew to learn more details, but often weekends can be a challenge when anglers are fishing in the main channel.

What an absolute unprofessional company, the so called captain, drove right through people who were fishing and started to talk trash to them , how unprofessional can one be will never recommend this tour to anyone. There are plenty of tours in New Smyrna do not take this one with this unprofessional company.

Great Kayak Eco Tour led by Jim today. We saw turtles, fish, Florida conch, mangroves, and 7 types of birds at the rookery. Jim was very knowledgeable. The kayaking was easy and fun. We highly recommend this tour!

The discovery center is a great 'gem' of new smyrna beach and certainly worth a visit and support the great work they do to help the local environment. We always do the dolphin tour whenever our relatives are visiting as it's always interesting no matter your age. We especially like the evening trip as it's nice watching the sun going down and a little cooler in the summer, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable with a true passion for their job.
