Being Active Duty Military I have rented through a lot of different agencies (more then 6). The Key to Rentals has been fare the best company I have worked with. Paul is not only the owner of the company but also the property manager. When I had issues with my rental it was taken care of fast. I would recommend everyone to use this company. I chose to work with Paul and the team after a previous property manager let me down. What a delight! He gets back to me quickly, really knows his business and has been so helpful I look forward to many happy years with The Key to Rentals managing my property. Oh, his rates are fair as well. The online portal is perfect for me as an out of state landlord, I can easily see what is the status of repairs and rent payments. 10/10 would pick him again.
