Talented Babers, but now lacking professionalism. This was the last time I am visiting them. It is so unprofessional not to show up at your own shop for the appointment and when the employee on-site called in he is not told when Gus would like to come in. This place will go down the drain if Gus do not start treating this as his own business and value his customers!

I used to like coming here but the attention has gotten worse. When I went to see Gus, he was in between me and another client dying hair. I had an appointment and he definitely rushed through my haircut. I decide to give it another chance, I had an appointment with Gus but he handed me to another barber. I make appointment for specific barbers, not someone you just trained last week. The last time I was there, I made an appointment with another barber. I arrived 10 minutes before my haircut. The lady at the desk, told me they were behind which I was very understanding about. There was another guy waiting there with me. When the barber was finished, he called the guy next to me. Come to find out, the guy next to me didn't have an appointment. I was left waiting 45 mintues from my scheduled appointment and I decide to walk out. I believe in any business, the person running it determines the service. The person is Gus and he is doing a poor job. Don't believe all the positive reviews.
Ive been a customer of Gus at Milton Salon for about a year. Everyone in the shop is friendly and professional. Every haircut gets the full attention of each of the barbers. . Gus, the owner of Milton Salon, is exceptional and he takes time and puts effort into ALL the details to create a good haircut. There are some serious and great cuts exiting the doors of Milton Salon. Try them and I think you will return.
