Hi there Im so very sorry to hear how disappointed you are about your cancelled appointment. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and upset this has caused you. I completely understand your frustration, knowing you travelled so far. I would like to explain fully how your appointment came to be cancelled. Its extremely rare for us to need to cancel any appointment and, on this occasion, yours was cancelled as you had not confirmed your booking with us. We often are fully booked and have waiting lists for appointments; so it is necessary to secure your appointment to avoid disappointment. You originally booked your appointment (Friday 7th October) over the phone with us on 30th September. As with all telephone appointments, we advised at the time of booking that within 10 mins of your call, you would receive an email and SMS text asking you to review and confirm your booking. We urged you to do so to avoid cancellation and disappointment. We asked that you secure your appointment upon receipt of your booking confirmation to ensure it would not be cancelled on our booking system. You were subsequently sent email and text reminder requests on 30 September, Monday 3rd October, Wednesday 5th October, and two on Thursday 6th October, for you to secure your appointment. Our reminders clearly display Action required! to secure your appointment . Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled secure your appointment time. We also made a few attempts to call you over the phone without success. At 9pm on Thursday 6th October your appointment was cancelled on our booking system as you had not confirmed you were still requiring your appointment. You were sent an email confirming the cancellation at 9pm on Thursday 6th October which also asks you to contact the salon if you werent expecting the cancellation. We would have done anything possible to accommodate you under the circumstances but unfortunately we were fully booked for the remainder of the day and had no alternative hairstylist to offer you. Im truly sorry this situation has occurred, we never wished to let you down at all and Ive reached out to you privately and look forward to the prospect of welcoming you back into the salon soon. Disgusting service. I booked an appointment which i travelled an hour to all for it to be cancelled. Nobody cared my entire evening has been ruined. Just so out of order who on earth does that to a customer. Pathetic service the fact that lady said bye bye to me on the way out was even more rude. My friend told me that they did the same to her recently but i ignored this as Dan gave me the best haircut. Such a shame never again really disappointed!
Hi Abbi You have unfortunately reviewed the wrong company. We do not offer lip fillers and have no employee called Ashton. We are a salon in Store Street, Bloomsbury, London, WC1E 7BS. Looking at your other reviews, I can see you've duplicated this review for a "Decadence Hair and Makeup' salon, located in Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 (about 40 miles outside London) and after a quick look at their website, it's easy to see they have an employee called Ashton providing lip-filler services. I had lip fillers 2 times with Ashton, over all 2 mil , I have had nothing but trouble with trying to sort my lips out , loads of lumps in my mouth. Ending up costing me loads more!!!!! Avoid

I went to this saloon to have a massage because some friends had recommended to do it there. When I arrived I was greeted with a drink, I was very impressed with the place, the hairdresser looks so clean and tidy, the atmosphere was very calming and relaxing, I will definitely go back there to get my hair cut... I had the massage with Vlad and it was one of the best massage I have ever had, he was a professional and did his job very well, I am disabled and he was very kind with me, helping me to get on the massage table with such a gentle manners... I will repeat with him as he was really good, highly recommended...

Firstly please accept my sincere apologies to you for your experience - we take every care not to need to reschedule appointments. Its extremely rare and when it happens we always do everything possible to give as much notice as possible. Im pleased we were able to give you 3 days notice and to offer you an alternative date/time. You contacted us originally as you were interested in being one of our model clients (where we offer a haircut at the heavily discounted rate of just 5.00) for our Junior Stylist in training. This is a discount of up to 88% on our usual price. We are really pleased to provide these appointments for improving the education and training of our Junior Stylists to gain experience at the start of their career. We did kindly explain to you that as part of the process, the appointment would be subject to having a senior Stylist/Director being able to be present to supervise. It is extremely rare to need to reschedule, however, we were unable to confirm your booking and provided you with 3 days notice. We offered you a future appointment which you chose to decline. However, I am more than happy to welcome you back to the salon - so Ive sent you an email privately to discuss this and I hope you do accept our offer for you to reschedule. I had an appointment scheduled 10 days in advanced for a men haircut and Decadence Salon decided to cancel it. They couldnt offer me another appointment before a week later. Very unprofessional, dont waste your time. In this business customer satisfaction is the most important!
