We do regret that we were unable to tarp your roof, however, that is not within the scope of our services. In this situation, calling a roofing expert in your area would be the best option. Once the leak has been fixed we would be able to provide mitigation services of the water damaged area. Company was called to tarp a portion of our roof. I waited all morning for their arrival. Pictures were given in advance of the damage. The whole roof is not damaged only a small portion. They came, stayed maybe 2-3 minutes, and then claimed they were unable to tarp it. It seems that is a standard for companies now. Since this is literally their job and they are unable to do it I implore you use another company. It was a waste of my time and rain is coming.

Had liquid damage from an internal piping leak - after the repair was finished, ServPro came in and dried out the area to make the area available for repairs ASAP. They were on top of communication (which had been lacking with some other companies we worked with on this), they were incredibly professional and did a fantastic job. Camille was great in setting up the appointments and was super responsive, and Abel did an awesome job getting the job done quickly and thoroughly confirming everything was resolved!
