To anyone reading this, this customer uploaded a blurry image and was upset that it was blurry. We offered a deep discount reprint (if they could send us a different version of the photo that was better quality) but they did not find that to be an acceptable response. We do not offer credits or refunds for blurry images, which is why we provide a proof and ask the customer to double check that they are submitted the best quality image they have. Buyer beware! This company produced a terrible quality photo. I paid over $50 for a wood photo of my aunt on her wedding day. The photo has brown streaks running through her face and you can see the wood grain running through the black parts of the photo. I did not order a wood plank because I didnt want the planks to run through the picture. So I opted for the one piece flat wood. When I sent a request for either a refund or credit I was sent an email listing frequently asked questions. One of the questions is exactly what my issue was. So I am guessing this must be a pretty common issue. The company does not offer refunds or credits and will not respond to an email with anything other then frequently asked questions and an offer for me to pay more money to try to redo the photo. Very unsatisfied customer.
I have been going back and forth with Wyatt and I am very impressed with how quick they are to respond. This is why I am changing from 1 star to 3. Hopefully, I will get my order sooner rather then later.
I really enjoy having an option to put a picture or text onto wood. It is original and more exciting than a simple pic or canvas or putting into a frame. The site was easy to use and my order arrived quickly. Definitely would use again.
