I have had the worst experience with this shop. My ring while beautiful is poorly made. I have worn it twice. A stone has fallen out each time. I contacted Amcor. I got a BS response, then no response. Luckily, PayPal is going after them to reimburse part of my money so I can get repairs done.

When you contacted us for a matching band for your (beautiful) ring, it had been discontinued, so we did our best to have it custom made for you. Unfortunately, this process began on tough times. This 2020 the USA and the world (and our company) have been going through very difficult situations. All our orders and service had to be put on stand by for quite some time to guard the wellbeing of our employees and our customers; your shipping was delayed longer than we would have ever hoped because we had to close our premises on multiple occasions due to these sad worldly troubles. As soon as we re opened we made another ring for you and contacted you with this news, but we understand it was a long time to wait. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Amcor. It was beautiful and what I wanted (so I thought) and we were happy. A prong became loose 3 short months after receiving it and we went to New York to have it fixed because I didn't trust sending it to them in the mail. Yikes... no store front, no jewelry cases.. basically just an office that assured me if I left my ring it would be taken care of in a couple hours. It was and all was well. When I needed to purchase the wedding band however, we were not as lucky. I purchased the incorrect band from them thinking it was the one that matched my ring, my mistake. At first, they were helpful and understanding and more than willing to help me get the correct band to go with my ring. Well, it turns out that the company that "made" my engagement ring was incapable of making the matching wedding band. They had me send photos of my ring next to a measuring tape from different angles and then sent me a mock up to see if it fit and it was way off. They then stopped answering my emails all together, 5 months before my wedding. To make matters even worse, no one carried a matching band and every jeweler told me I needed to have a ring custom made to match which would cost thousands. I DO NOT recommend. Brides have enough stress to go through and this should not be one of them!!!

To whom & everyone reading this. I am so very happy to have found Amcor, I have purchased quite a few pieces from this company and never disappointed . A couple of months ago an eternity ring with diamonds all around lost one of its stones. I purchased this ring at least four years ago from Amcor . I called Amcor for advice and to my surprise they said Send it back and we will replace free of charge! I received the ring back a couple of weeks ago with free shipping included. I also explained I had lost a blue & White Diamond dress ring (quite large & unusual ) and asked them if they could make a replica. Yes! Was their answer Just send us a few pics of the ring. Now my ring is being made, I have seen pics of what its going to look like and Im so thrilled. I am highly recommending Amcor as my jewelers and know one will have the same experience as I have and I know my future purchasers will be just as pleasing!
