Tony and his team helped us find a lot and ensure that our dream home would work well on the site. They helped us negotiate a great price and we were off and running on the design! Wow, what fun! A Perry Homes is a generous community partner. The staff is gracious, and honest. The company offers its event space to not-for-profit events, and they host a monthly meeting for Chamber members. We are very lucky to have them in Wilmette!

Ive had the pleasure of attending a multitude of charity events hosted by the A Perry and their amazing staff. Their generous spirit and constant willingness to help others is admirable. I have not used their home building services, but I have seen the finished products and its nothing short of spectacular. We are so lucky to have a business as community-minded as A. Perry Homes in downtown Wilmette! The generously opened their beautiful second floor showroom to our preschool for our annual fall community building event. Despite the below 40 degree temps, we used both the indoor and outdoor space, heated with amazing heaters and a gorgeous gas fire pit. All our guests loved the space, which highlights the quality of A. Perry Homes design and craftsmanship. Additionally, for those of us planning the event, Anthony was so helpful, kind and accommodating. We are very grateful to them for their commitment to local community organizations like ours.
