I went to Fallen Graffix just before Christmas to have some t-shirts made. I did not need a huge order but was willing to at least do the minimum or pay more. I also had specific design needs I wanted help with. They told me they were busy with Christmas orders and they would get back to me. Totally fine! I waited several weeks and did not hear back so I reached out. They said they had been busy but would take a look at my pics I sent. No problem! I waited several more weeks and still did not hear back so reached out again. They said they had been busy and they were very sorry for the delay and they would have the designer take a look again. Ok, I understand! I waited several more weeks and finally went another route. I really want to support local business and tried to get my shirts locally but struggled. I ended up going with an online retailer and had a great experience. They responded within hours that there were problems with the pics I sent (resolution, etc.). They helped me fix issues and design a very similar logo to the one I sent. This happened all within hours of placing my online order. I received my t-shirts yesterday and am very pleased with the outcome. I am so disappointed that Fallen Graffix did not want my money and that I could not work with a local business. I cannot speak to the quality of their work because they apparently did not want to work with me. So if you're reading this review and struggling to get contact made from Fallen Graffix, go another route. Don't even waste your time. If you're Fallen Graffix reading this review, I would strongly reconsider your business and customer experience practices.

Stopped in there to look at the metal prints Fallen Grafix, was not done right the first time, but he took the time to get it right. And then went back into purchase some Gaiters with my logo on, and he did not disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING IN AND GIVING THEM A CHANCE. You will not be disappointed.

Zack Thompson and the staff of Fallen Grafix did an amazing job on a metal piece that was a once in a lifetime experience for me and my father. They understood the photo I wanted captured and they did a better than expected job in transferring that to something that will last for generations to come. I highly recommend their work and will be back there for future projects
