I called to get a key replacement and Berry asked what kind of car I had and I told him and he said hes not doing key replacements for cars hes to busy with doing commercial work only. Well if thats the case maybe yall need to update your website that clearly states that yall do Car key replacements.

The guy was very rude and it took him an hour to get to me. As a customer I had never been treated like that....but he was the fastest and most efficient locksmith. His speed almost made up for his overly abrupt disrespect and time of arrival. But I would rather have have had respect, kindbess and a 20-30 minute arrival.
