I am extremely shocked and disappointed by the JDM All Makes companys conduct as a car dealership. I made a previous purchase of a Honda Truck from JDM that was shipped on October 12th, 2021. I have experience purchasing from various dealerships, and it is evident the JDM does not exemplify the values, nor character of an honorable business, let alone car dealership. JDM All Makes listed a Honda Truck three weeks after my initial purchase from them on Sunday October 31st, 2021. I contacted Vlad at JDM, who described the truck as running great with no issues. Vlad offered the car to me at the posted price of $6,500.00, and I immediately agreed to this price and sent a Certified bank check overnight on Monday, November 1st, 2021 for $6,500.00. On Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021, JDM confirmed they received the check, however disclosed that there was an engine problem with the vehicle. I explained that I still wanted the truck, and JDM confirmed they would be hiring a mechanic to reveal a more detailed report of the problem to be conducted on Friday, November 5th, 2021. On Thursday, November 3rd, 2021, Vlad held an Instagram Live video expressing that a customer had purchased 4 vehicles - one being the Honda Truck, of which I had already purchased. Vlads explanation to this unethical third-party purchase was that the repairs for the truck would equate to $2,000.00, and he took a $10,000.00 offer to buy the truck. JDM All Makes complete disregard for my right of first refusal (ROFR) within our agreement is underwritten by the fact that my full-priced payment via check had still been in his possession, reserving the item in my name, until further detail of the mechanics analysis would be revealed. Vlads conduct of business was self-justified in an unscrupulous manner through lack of accountability and plethora of excuses, such as not depositing the check, and shows the lowest regard for business standards and customer value. JDM All Makes is a master of swindling their loyal customers, and thus should be deemed a deceptive company. I would encourage those looking to engage in business with JDM All Makes, Inc. to proceed with extreme caution.

The customer service is outstanding! Vlad is a stand up guy. A sensor on my Subaru Sambar was bad on the lot and he sent it to me without being asked. We had our Sambar shipped right from his lot to our home and its been running beautifully and doing exactly what we wanted it to on our Michigan farm. If we need another Kei truck well be buying from Vlad!
