I was at my friends house and she cut her beautifully decorated cake and found out it was undone. We were puzzeled why the cake weighed a ton. After tasting the cake my friend immediately called and explained the problem with the cake. I was present when they said they would reimburse her and pick up the cake. They picked up the cake and then said they do not do reimbursements. Thats unacceptable and unprofessional! Even Walmart would reimburse if the customer was unsatified. The company should stand by their commitment and not renege on their word!

Had a cake from there, expectations were very high! Cake looked good on the outside but the taste was horrendous. Flavorless and dull on the taste buds. I would take a Whole Foods or Wegman's cake over a cake from here at 1/6 of the price. Not worth the money and customer service was poor when told about the quality of the cake.

I was left disappointed and very embarrassed at how disgusting the cake I ordered for my Mothers Birthday turned out! Someone else must have made the cake because there is no way possible how everyone is saying good things about these cakes and our cake tasted horrible. I bake a lot myself and I promise you the cake was not DONE! I assumed the cake would have tasted amazing since it was overpriced!!! Please do a taste test before you spend $200 on a cake. After we expressed dissatisfaction we were promised a refund but then they took the cake, cut into it, then delivered it back to us and said they would not give us a refund. Were we Supposed to eat the cake after they brought it back? I dont care how cute the cakes are. If they dont taste good and the customer service sucks, then how do you expect to run a successful business?
