I am so sorry for your experience and the miscommunication. We try to be very specific on explaining how to prepare your items first before you bring them in and only bringing us the season we are taking. Not sure why you were told to bring all seasons, as we are seasonal. We are very picky about how items are brought to us and they have to be pre-sorted first. We sort sometimes over 30 people a day and when items are not sorted first it makes it hard to give other customers the chance to sell their items without having to wait too long for us to go through unsorted batches.

I am extremely irritated after being misinformed. I spoke with someone at Heaven Sent two and a half weeks ago about selling my lot of childrens clothing. The lady I spoke with had very specific instructions about the clothing; wrinkle free, tear free, stain free, and sorted. Neatly folded in paper bags or boxes. I told her I had looked at the website and it said they had just switched to the fall/winter season. I wanted to know what that meant, which is what prompted my original call (Im a first timer here). She explained, but told me to bring in what I had for all seasons and theyd be happy to take a look. I assured her Id be in the following day, but to my dismay I had a lot of work to do to get the clothes prepared, as they were all but into boxes wrinkled and un sorted. Two weeks later here I am being sent away for not having the correct seasons. Guess I shouldve followed the website instructions instead an employee....My bad, I think not. But we can agree to disagree here. I wont be back.

We take pride in having/buying nice items from people so our customers have good quality to choose from. Sometimes we just have too many of a size or item, which makes it to where we can't buy as much. Hope you will continue to sell/buy with us for a long time to come. We really do appreciate you !!!!

Great for baby furniture, dance shoes. Clothing is picked over and it is usually better just to buy it new but on sale or clearance for about the same price. Some good deals on toys.
We are not perfect, and we strive to do the best we can do, but this review is not who we are or what we are about. If we are not already helping another customer we always are willing to help in anyway we can. Everyday we are helping people in with their items or out with things they buy. We are constantly taking apart jumpers & pack n plays, or showing how strollers fold. We would never ignore or purposely not help anyone. We all have kids and know how it is to shop with little ones. Sorry to lose your business, hopefully Kidz Kaboodle can make you happy.

Ive had 3.. 3 terrible experiences here. Usually with one bad experience, you give it another chance. So I did, twice. However, once they were rude and wouldnt hold the door open for me when I had two small children and donations for them, and asked if someone was available to help me.. they looked me and my kids up and down and then ignored me. Whoa. They were rude to my mom when she asked them if a baby jumper was able to come apart to fit in our trunk. And they glared at my toddler and me when she was being a little hyper. Youd think working with kids everyday, theyd be used to it. It was disappointing and I will not be giving them my business anymore, or telling my friends about them. We now go to Kidz Kaboodle in Tacoma on 6th Ave, and theyre so friendly and helpful :) and way more fairly priced :)
