I always drive by this barbershop and i wanted to get a nice cut there i understand haircuts are by appointments as the owner mentions in his previous response to people but if ppl dont know how to take appointments and answer the phone then they shouldnt be there I call and ask for a price on a cut i want i asked what times is available and i couldnt get a respond on top of that every question i asked it was like a echo cuz the girl on the phone woukd ask someone so whats her point there Then I asked what slots is available she could not tell me all she told me was well then if you dont know i cant help you very unprofessional she shouldnt be there because if its by appointments then you should know what time is available wow how a business is run now in days lost my interest in going there now
Hello Mao sorry for any misunderstanding but the barber shop runs on a appointments only system. Walk ins are welcome but they will havw to make appointment on kiosks or book threw the app. All our barbers have appointments so if for what ever reason a walk in comes in not cause a barber isnt cutting at the time he or she walks in doesnt mean he doesnt have an appointment hes clearly waiting for his next client. It will be out of order to take a walk in and the appointment client walks in and his/her appointment isnt on time. I will personally make sure we fix this issue with you cause i believe in making my clients happy and im personally all for the neighborhood. So please feel free to come back and your next haircut will be on me/owner. Let the receptionist call me personally and ill clear it up. Thanks a million your highly appreciated. Thanks junior

My son was denied a haircut on a weekday by the receptionist because an appointment wasn't made on their app. We've been there several times, this was not our first. That particular day, there were two barbers. One was cutting, the other was sitting down. There was only one person in the shop with her two children waiting. I've never encountered a barbershop that frowns upon walk-in customers. I thought this was a neighborhood barbershop. It's unfortunate that I now have to find a new barbershop for my son, even though this one is at the end of my block.
Excellent experience here. JR was friendly, professional, efficient. He cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Other were friendly and they practiced safety protocols accordingly. Shop was clean and easy to find. Loved how it was by appointment only and payments are handled in a manner I find hassle free. Highly recommended - will definitely return.
This is the 2nd appointment I made for my father online. I paid in advance and the timing was excellent. His barber Junior was very professional and the associates were helpful. They even gave him a lollipop, actually 2. Really sweet. This will be his permanent barber.

Ive bin going since they opened. I went there the last two times and the same barber gave me a slanted hairline. This week was way worse than last week. I noticed him and another barber laughing at something, only to look up and see how bad he cut my hairline. Instead of trying to refund me some of the money, from a 40$ cut he tries to convince me it wasnt that bad. All he did to Fix the situation was spray some Beijing and push my hairline further back.
