after failing to order from your site due to faults of the page i had to contact people within the company to create an order. upon receipt of the order my prints were damaged and faulty. frankly i felt that someone in the print room showed no consideration for my business or the money i paid to your company since they laid one correct print ontop of 19 overexposed, physically damaged and faulty prints(at roughly 61 dollars a sheet). thankfully rebecca worked with me to complete the refund and assured me that i need not bother with mailing the order back since your company would have no use for them. after multiple days of failed attempts on your end to send me the promised refund it was finally delivered, rebecca and i concluded our business respectfully. then julia contacted to contradict that and request the prints back assuring me that you would send me a return label for ups. then my partner recieved her shorted order missing 5 more prints (reinforcing my suspicions that no one in this company is even checking these packages before shipping). then after another business week of not recieving the shipping label and 3 or 4 more emails from julia asking me exactly where the faulty prints were in order i went to ups to check on the tracking number given by julia only to find that you sent the tracking number my original package and not the label once again bungling the job on your end and putting me back out. so i paid the shipping cost out of pocket for 91 dollars only to be asked once more by julia as to were your prints were. this is unnacceptable business practice. you burned my order, shorted my partner, hastled me for your paper back( which is worth kindling) and failed to pay for the return of your faulty products. i cant help but feel overlooked, underappreciated and treated like just some consumer. your company has been lauded as one of the best in my industry but im not seeing it. i may not be some gold star blue check client with 70k followers on social media but my money is just as green. where as i promised rebecca due to her dilligence that i would return for business i now promise julia that i will never use your company ever again and will strongley recommend all my friends and peers to look somewhere else for all printing and merchandising needs.
We're sorry your experience wasn't up to the standard we try our best to uphold. As a local business with a small staff, there are times when orders get backed up, however we always check for specified due dates that a customer provides to see if those orders need to be increased in priority. Upon review, we noticed that the artwork was not 300 ppi. If we would have sent the posters to production as they were sent to us, you would've received low-quality, pixelated posters. One benefit we offer artists is having an actual person look at these files to ensure mistakes in files like the ones you sent are caught before they are printed. We understand your frustration, however there was no way for us to know of this urgent due date and we did not have print ready files. I highly suggest in the future you export all files at a print ready quality and let any print shop know of important due dates so they can get you your posters on time. Thank you for the review and we'll do our best to ensure that issues like this are minimized in the future.

I ordered a large quantity of posters from this place online. A week later I had to go to their business to find out what was going on with my order. No email was sent and every time I called no answer. I did call during business hours just to be clear. I needed these posters by a certain time, and they hadn't even checked the order from what I was told by the worker. They then emailed me telling me my artwork was not print-ready due to low resolution AFTER leaving the shop. On my home computer the resolution said "HIGH" but was not on their end. Which is fine I would've paid the EXTRA fee they charge to get it vectorized but no communication. I guess they don't check their orders on a daily and are apparently backed-up. I was trying to support a local artist and am disappointed of the outcome. I will never order from them again. They would have had a TON of business from me due to the company I work for. They need to be better organized. I asked for a refund, still waiting for that to go through on my end. I don't even know if they did it on theirs. Now I am having to scramble to find another print shop to complete my order in two days. Absolutely ridiculous.
I've been using Mindzai's services for 5 years. I've ordered prints and totes. They're quick to communicate and the quality is always great. If I've ever had an issue they've fixed it. I highly recommend their products and services for any artist looking to sell their work. The prices are awesome. Special shout out to Stephania B. for always being a pleasure to communicate with and making my life easier when I need to make orders last minute. Jordan K. was also great. Both should get raises ;). I will continue to use Mindzai's services.
Hi Chris, we refunded your order promptly with no questions asked. We simply informed you that your files were too small and gave you sizing instructions for print ready files. You responded that it was "too much of a hassle". We pride ourselves in high quality printing and just stated that "We're sorry you thought it was too much of a hassle" to send us a higher quality file. It would've been more of a hassle for you if we printed a low quality file. We meant no disrespect- we apologize if anything we said came across as rude. We wish you all the best.

I placed an order and recieved an email stating that the resolution was too low and could I change it to make it work. Fair enough. Only I have no clue how to do that and figuring it out was too much of a hassle for me so I asked for a refund instead. I received my refund, along with a rude and condescending email mocking what I said and basically saying that I was making a mistake for not figuring out how to do something I have no experience with. I would have found someone to resize it for me and placed another order but now I'll be going elsewhere. Savannah from Mindzai has no business being in customer service. So unbelievably rude.
