In response to your update: We have logs and fault scans proving these issues are not related to our software. We were happy to discuss this with you in reception when you brought the vehicle back to us. The vehicle was flashed back to standard allowing you to return it to main dealer for warranty. We also offered to rectify the issue using genuine parts (NOX Sensor) which are a common failure point on these vehicles. The fact you sold the vehicle at a financial loss has no relation to this work, You clearly weren't happy with the vehicle in standard form. This is no fault of ours. Best wishes Darkside

Fantastic place, gave real confidence to work on my vehicle....very happy with the results Update on this review. My vehicle started having issues with the dpf and ecu faults! A very frustrating company to deal with as no phones and all had to be done by email, they got the vehicle back and said it was nothing they had done, but I suspect strongly that it was. I had the map removed and sold the vehicle at financial loss, a very poor experience. You have been warned

Delivery was fast product well packaged order number 190632 I bought a selector folk upgrade kit for 309.60 that doesnt fit with my car, I gave them all the information of my car and they sent me a direct link to the parts I needed. Ive tried to call but the phone line no longer works Ive emailed them about the issue and Ive had no response from any members of staff. The transmission specialist Ive take the gearbox to can fix my old ones so now left with two holes in my pocket and parts I dont need. For anyone buying parts make sure you triple check as it seems there is no after care.

Hi Graham You placed an order just before a bank holiday weekend. The delays were due to the couriers not collecting or delivering on these days. Your order was dispatched by us the same day. Although our phone lines are permanently closed, we have a team of customer service staff that offer a high level of customer service via email (even replying to you over the bank holiday). We're sorry you felt the need to leave this 1 star review and to comment on 45 of our instagram posts saying 'scammers' (rather annoying) when these delays were out of our control. Terrible service, phone lines permenantly closed. Take next day orders then don't ship for days, only to find out DHL won't deliver on that day anyway. Avoid this company like the plague. Just another web only parts seller with ZERO customer service
