After calling twice and speaking to representatives that assured me the tech would be to me well before 5pm, I get a call on the 4th hour saying that the techs are running behind and will not be to Me until after 5pm. Also said that Mondays are always busy for them because of weekend emergencies. Had I know this I would have scheduled with a mother company that couldve gotten to my request and did the job! Now I have a entire day down the drain and still no heat tonight. What tops it all off is there was no type of discount or anything offered because of their screw up!

I received a quote for a air conditioning unit and furnace replacement a couple of weeks ago.The quote didn't specify what furnace they were putting in so I called the salesman John Boll several times to find out. After a few messages he said he would get back to me. Two weeks later he still has not called back. Apparently my business is not important. I ended up going with a company that it is. Don't waist your time calling this company there are plenty of company's out there to choose from.
I called FLAME Heating and Cooling to come out and look at my 20+ year old A/C unit outside of my house because it had stopped working and was making a weird noise. The technician, Brandon, made it out in the time frame that I was told on the phone and had my 20+ year old A/C unit back up in running in under 30 minutes. After his inspection, he had concluded the capacitor had went bad and replaced it with a new one. Not without slight complications, as the cutoff box was a little messed up being 20+ years old. Thankfully, because of his 14+ years of experience, he was able to determine the issue and pulled the fuse out to work on the capacitor. I am more than happy and thankful that Brandon was able to repair my A/C unit as it buys me a little more time before I have to have the entire system replaced.
