I had forgotten to add the letter "y" to a couple of scrub tops I had ordered online and took them to this local shop to have them add the letter on to them. So two letters in total. The guy at the desk gave me the sob story about how I should have used local businesses instead of online retailers, as they wouldn't have made this mistake. He said it was places like that were killing small businesses. My heart went out to him. Fast forward to a few days later, the y's were poorly added to the scrub tops and I was charged over 50 dollars. Why would I ever use this business again? The cost of adding the letter y to the scrub top was more than the cost of the entire scrub top + original embroidery? I don't feel so bad for small businesses after this highway robbery.
