Everyone is super nice, but I received one quote and then went in and got reqouted almost double my original price. I understand things change but if someone isnt qualified to quote properly then they shouldnt be doing it, Im super upset I was excited to go through them they were very nice but its not very professional to have multiple quotes and all Im told is theyre employee wasnt quoting right

I have been looking for a place to take over manufacturing for my own small business while I am in school. I have been SO impressed with the customer service and quality of work they provided on my first order. When I picked up the order I got to see the machines they have and large variety of things they can do, a few of the machines I have never even heard of after being in this business myself for many years. They came highly recommended. I contacted them and was told to create a PDF and email it to them. I Emailed and was told it would be done by noon the next day. I called at 11:30 they said there was a printing problem and would be done later that day. When i picked it up, the lettering was the wrong font and wrong color. I was told that it is common to loose those details in an email. They compared it to getting a different color of Clothing due to die lots. I didnt complain to much because I was on a deadline. Upon returning home, I inspected it better. The picture edges were supposed to be faded, instead they were straight lines and very pixelly. This was poor quality and nowhere near what I worked so hard to design. I emailed my dissatisfaction and was told they would work on it again and get me another one. It would be done the next day. 3 days later and several phone calls later, I had the product I designed. It was late for the deadline I was given. But none the less, It was done.
