Just watched a driver of the courtesy vehicle (White Traverse) pull up to a Wild Bills store, make a purchase, and litter this container in the bushes behind the parked vehicle. Hoping to see better representation of the company and surrounding environment while in public.

Convenient shuttle, acceptable service, poor scheduling and communication - I had an appointment to drop my car off for routine maintenance and a check engine light. It sat for three business days plus a weekend before being pulled into the garage. I did not regularly receive daily updates from my service advisor and when I called & left a message looking for an update my call was not returned until I called again the following day. They fixed my car for the quoted price and the shuttle to work and back is convenient, but I will have to weigh if that's worth the communication and scheduling difficulties before returning.

Only complaint is 1 1/2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Some dealerships dont require an appointment and you just pull up and stay in you car. Wish you had this
