Hi Jamila, Thanks for sharing your feedback and I can imagine how frustrating your flowers dying so quickly must be. Cut flowers typically are estimated to last 5-7 days on average depending on the varieties, some much longer and some shorter. Two days is definitely not cool. I have gone to this store so many times because I really want to like it and support local businesses but this was the last time. Spent over $40 on a seriously small bouquet that barely fills up my vase and asked the clerk to specifically pick flowers that didnt die super quickly. TWO DAYS LATER half of the flowers are already dead. I change the water every two days on my cut flowers but they cant even last that long? Waste of money. Ill stick its the $8 bequests from the bodega that last 10+ days. Update: Suzanna promptly gave me a refund which was much appreciated.

Hi Nicole, Thank you for your candid feedback. I wish dried flowers were coated in gold, that would help with the sticker shock! Dried flowers are more expensive than fresh flowers because of the additional labor and breakage that occurs during the drying process. We do our best to offer a wide range of in house dried flowers to ensure they are natural and not full of harmful chemicals (as preserved flowers often are full of!). Your feedback was taken seriously and we have restocked our bar with lots of new options at the same price points! Hopefully you'll stop in again to take a look at our fall options! $50 for a small dried flower arrangement? Are these flowers coated in some sort of invisible diamond dust? Aside from that absurdity, the selection here is pretty good usually. Lately a little beat-up. The prices have not changed to reflect the dip in quality. I hope the prices can be reconsidered because its overall a great shop.
