Although the cabinets in the kitchen and bath look nice, attention to detail and communication is seriously lacking. An estimated one week install took almost 5 weeks. Measurements were off multiple times requiring the cabinets to be retuned to the workshop. Holes were drilled in the wrong places and had to be fixed. Ultimately it was corrected but disappointed so much went wrong. This was not our first time working with a custom cabinet maker so the bar was set high that the installation process would go smoothly. We wanted the European style cabinets which we know are more challenging to install, but were told they had the experience. Throughout the process we kept being told we havent done this before. Most irritating was learning cabinets for our laundry room were still being built in week 3 when we were led to believe everything was ready on day one. The installation process had a lot of room for improvement as the mistakes impacted other vendors on our remodel. We will not be moving forward on any other projects with Cabinet Concepts.

CCBD did a complete custom island for us. We described what we wanted, and their design team nailed it on the first try. We had custom pull out draws for pots and pans, hidden cubbies for kids paper, pens, and homework, and extra deep drawers for cooking utensils. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
