Its been a while since Ive had a haircut at Mitch, as I will never go back. Admittedly, this review is retrospective but I thought Id leave one as a few colleagues have been asking about Mitch. Jeff last cut my hair and he did such a poor job I felt embarrassed. Not just for myself, but for him as he totally messed up. I asked to keep the length of my hair at 4 inches. When I saw how much he cut, he said it was too late to fix. I have Cowlicks so a certain length is needed so my hair doesnt stand up straight. However, insult led to injury when he tried selling $75 worth of product, as if to cover up his poor job. I have not tried other hair stylists at Mitch, but would recommend avoiding Jeff.

You make a reservation 30 days in advance and they canceled just 1 hour before the scheduled time only because they decided to close early. Total disrespect.
