Cherner brothers were kind and accommodating until they had my money. I had told them that there were numerous repairs I wanted dont to the car, the agreed they would take care of it...after the checks cleared they gave me the run around never actually fixing anything. Very disappointed

Worst first car experience. Bought an older car but was assured the car was like new. After only a few days of driving the car started vibrating violently in reverse. We took it to THEIR mechanic where he assured us it was nothing. This went on for two weeks until the sales rep had to beg the mechanic replace the motor mount that was messed up. We also noticed in reverse the brakes would squeal. This again was normal according to the sales rep. OUR FAMILY MECHANIC told us the rear brakes needed replacing. When we went back to Cherners they refused to replace them. OUR FAMILY MECHANIC also physically showed us various parts and parts of the frame that were covered in rust! When we took it to Cherner the sales rep again said that THEIR mechanic stated absolutely nothing was wrong with the car. If it wasnt the mechanic putting us off the sales rep would as well. Driving the car stating the shakes and vibrations at high speeds were normal and not a big deal. This went on for weeks. They would stall until the 30 day warranty ran out so they werent liable for anything. Each time they took the car to THEIR mechanic nothing was wrong and the car came back smelling like cigarettes. We even paid for an extended warranty to reassure we would be covered. But the extended warranty they sell, almost no mechanic accepts! And the ones that do want to We have spent thousands on repairs and have even been told that they sold us a LEMON! We paid a premium price on this car because they assured us it would last a life time. They do shady things like only accept cash or zelle. The finance lady that you Zelle sometimes makes late payments on your behalf and never calls you back. They take it to a mechanic you cant meet or talk to. This is the same mechanic that certifies their cars so theres that.They are con artists! Please Stay Away!

Dont shop here bought a car about 4months ago from them and have had to put almost $2,000 into it and anytime I tried to get in touch with them the fat guy who sold me the car is always rude and no help definition of sleazy car salesman dont shop here
