I've been a customer for a long time. But in the past few years, it's become apparent they just don't care anymore - the quality has gone downhill, and most recently they've decided to just not deliver what you ordered and ignore phone calls and emails. At least when I order from the supermarket they don't bill me for things they didn't give me.

After initially observing you and your son riding scooters inside the shop, our manager politely asked you to take the scooters outside to ensure the safety of our staff and guests and to protect the interior features of our store. You refused to comply, responding that you didn't have to, and you continued riding the scooters inside. After asking you politely again to please take the scooters outside, you raised your voice and threatened to call emergency responders. Out of an abundance of caution and to ensure the safety of our staff and guests, we made the decision to deny the sale and request that you leave the premises. As a regular customers, we got kicked out from the store because my 4 year old son was riding his scooter around. This person who pretend to be a manager been told with nasty tone that my son is destroying HIS floor, they took ice cream from my husband hand and asked us to leave the store IN FRON OF my 7 And 4 year old children. The manager need some psychological treatment for sure. being in customer service industry there is no way manager can talk like that to their customers!

Really special. Full dairy experience. You can see many stages of milk production. Cows delivering themselves to be milked. Loved it. Delicious ice cream and milk in bottles that can be returned for a deposit.

I was very pleased about my SMC purchases originally. But after a couple orders things just started going down hill. Bad milk...bad heavy cream...missing items here and there. I was always satisfied with the refund being credited to my account. But recently I purchased butter and within a week it was moldy and smelled awful. I definitely understand mistakes happen...bad food is just totally unacceptable. I'll be returning to Wholefoods where I can personally return items that aren't correct right away.
