In efforts to provide great customer service I understand your concern. It is to our customers advantage that all items prior to purchase can be inspected. We also do sell those irregular items on a clearly marked rack . Those t-shirts are $1.00 and placed on the dollar rack . The cost of a regular t-shirt is $2.50 which are located on the self, this is to help differentiate the irregular items with the regular items. . In light of the world being in a pandemic, we strive to keep our patron safe. Therefore, we had to made the hard decision of no exchanges once you leave the store. We understand the bright smeared signs may have been an oversight, however that information is also printed on your receipt. " Due to Covid-19 all sales are final". I hope with your future endeavors with small BOB businesses finds you well, considering it is your patriotism that help heal a striving community. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to write this review. I purchased some blank tees from this place that was defected one sleeve was longer then the other, so I took it back and was told all sales are final. The guy pointed to a sign that is on the counter, not on the counter standing up to be visible but laying flat. This is not a low counter it high up and if you are not taller then 5feet 5inches you can't see it and the words are smeared.. I understand that things happen , but I believe they know they are selling defected item. I didn't want any money back I just wanted to exchange for a shirt that can be worn. I am a business women my self and have been in the customer service field for over 30years. I believe any good business succeeds from great customer service. This was my first time patronizing this place, and was very excited to see that I could support a BOB in my community., But I whether go and patronize a place with good customer service and spend a little more then waste my money on defective items that can't be used. Will never shop there again. You've been warned!!
