Went to get a transmission oil change. After getting it done. A month later today, I saw a leak from underneath my truck of transmission oil. I saw that it was a fitting or called a transmission sleeve that was broke, I replaced it. I took out the dipstick to check on the oil level. It was waaaaay overfilled. And the transmission oil was not even replaced. New oil was just added and the old one was changed out at all. It was black! Also had some sand or some form of dirt. Not as advertised. They just added new oil and didnt bother taking the old one out and they overfilled which can damage the engine. If you can change your transmission oil on your own do so because this is unacceptable. Now I see why they make us sign a waiver. Those guys dont have any remorse on our vehicles
