When youre a staff or teamYoure only as strong as youre weakest link and the front office staff is clearly that in this place as its called family chiropractic they dont grasp that concept. Family. Also regardless of how the office workers feel about a practice member, their relationship with the doctor, or the fiduciary agreement they have, when a patient and doctor are in session they have entered a SACRED TRUST. When a person is prone and with a practioner they are at their most vulnerable. To have that interrupted not only undoes the work the doctor has been doing it creates a unstable environment for others to heal as well. Its beyond rude and disrespectful in and of it self but for the reason to be that adult employees cant handle a couple bad words from a 4 year old is asinine. Never seen a R rated movie?? The front office is obviously a problem as there are other one star reviews highlighting their lack of communication and respect to patients wishes. Theyre just doing whatever they want and its unfortunate when kids arent welcome at a place called family chiropractic regardless of their condition or conversation its not conducive to a culture they claim to have created. The office girls needs to spend more time learning about policy and procedures as opposed to trying to matter on social media. No one cares about your bf his job what he cooks for you or how you feel about it. Reiki is garbage btw. Scherina has her entrainment room away from the office staff and yet they still feel the need to go where they are not needed and interrupt peoples healing at their whim, desecrating the sacred trust between doctor and patient. Maybe instead of being rude and posting on the gram use your phone and text the doctor. Imagine using technology as a tool instead of means for attention. Take them to a maximized living training or better yet be like Arnold and terminate them.

Im thankful I found a place in Orlando that is more upscale, professional and treats EVERYONE with respect and dignity. The office staff are actual CAs, they wear scrubs to work and they match! Dr. Cythina Gabaldon wont exclude you for any reason then say you were the one harassing people. Instead of getting launched shes rooted and grounded in actual chiropractic. Please dont make a judgement from one bad experience that all chiropractic offices are the same. They arent. The address is 3097 Curry Ford rd. (Hourglass district). She does traditional straight chiropractic and if youre looking for a network doc in Orlando Dr Dominic danna is in winter park. And theres also Rafael rosado in Orlando who is very qualified as well. See? I CAN GIVE REFERRALS TOO! ;0)

Dr. Scherina and Dr. James are amazing! I've always had issues with my back and neck due to my scoliosis and was constantly in pain. I have been getting adjustments by Dr. James since December and let me tell you I feel great! I no longer get that awful numbing pain that would travel to my arms and it's such a relief. I've had other doctors before try to adjust my back and it never helped. Dr. James actually listens to your concerns and takes his time trying to solve the issue. Also, they both treat you like actual human beings and don't see you as just another number/patient. We always have real conversations and I enjoy every visit. Dr. James is literally one of the best doctors I have ever had and I will continue to come here! I definitely recommend everyone to visit integrate wellness, you won't regret it!

Hi Laura. Dr. Scherina here - I'm so sorry about your experience at our office. This is definitely not the norm. First, I deeply apologize and to be completely honest, I was not aware that you did not want to receive Network Spinal care which is completely our fault for lack of communication between the team (it was not written anywhere on our notes - which is again, our fault). We 100% believe that we are a team (you and us) for your care and if that means that you aren't responding to a specific type of adjustment or don't feel it's right for you, then we would never push that. We actually have a number of patients that will solely see one or the other doctor because of this very concern. I did try to call you personally and couldn't get through or you weren't able to hear me well. If you could give us a call, we would love the opportunity to give you a great chiropractic experience.

I highly caution anyone from visiting this practice. From the very first phone call phone I made to them I made it overwhelming clear I was only interested in the traditional chiropractic services they offer and I was in no way interested in the spinal network services. I told them on that very first phone call that if this was a problem, or if I would be pressured for spinal network once in the office, I would keep searching for a different chiropractor. I was told on that call oh of course that is not a problem, you can just do normal chiropractor visits. That was not true. I showed up for my evaluation and instantly the girl doing my intake started pushing spinal network. I told her then in person I was NOT interested in spinal network, had been previously told it would be a non issue, and I could still leave if I had been given misinformation. She said ok and the visit moved on. I returned two days later and met with the owner of the practice to receive my results and treatment plan, which was full of spinal network visits. I was floored and felt 100% taken advantage of. Each of this visits cost me money, they just wanted their money and led me on to get it. Needless to say, I never returned. It cost me time and money and left me feeling completely taken advantage of.
