Steve, Our system had you scheduled for Tuesday, October 9th at Noon, which is obviously next week. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Our team has reviewed your concern, and a decision has been made to change our process for all future appointments. The change made concerns a confirmation email and/or text message being sent out confirming the date and time of the appointment IMMEDIATELY AFTER the appointment is made. The existing process was to contact the client a day or so before the appointment to confirm, but given the duration between when we had the appointment scheduled and when you had it scheduled exposed the flaw. We have corrected this and again, apologize for the miscommunication. In addition, we also thank you for addressing the noise level of our office. Our office layout was designed to allow open communication and promote collaboration among our team members. We recognize that during busy times, the noise level may exceed acceptable levels for a traditional phone conversation. To that end, after discussing your concerns, the team has also made the decision to order headsets for our office staff designed specifically to address elevated levels of surrounding noise. We apologize for the confusion, but wish you the best of luck finding a contractor to help with your project

UPDATE AS OF 10/3/2018: received a phone call and text message from Zakhar Kesselamn this morning. He explained there apparantly was a mixup in dates--they had me scheuled for next Tuesday--and apologized for the mistake. I will offer that it is possible the mistake on the date could have been my fault, but I was writing things down as I was speaking/scheuling with their rep. It might have been due to the tremendous amount of noise in the background making it almost impossible to clearly hear him. So I told him I apologize if it was my mistake and would still be interested in having them quote my bathroom remodel. He also said the office workers are getting headsets to quiet the background noise. I want to be fair since all their othe reviews are very positive. So I've changed my rating to 3 stars pending if they follow up or not. ORIGINALLY I WROTE ON 10/2/18: Had an appointment set up for Tuesday, 10/2 @ noon. No one showed and no one called to advise of a problem. I had to arrange my work schedule to be able to meet and this cost me time and money. Plus, I got a bad vibe when talking with their representative. It sounded like he was in the middle of a loud crowd in a bar and almost impossible to hear him. He told me that's how their office is. Maybe that was a sign to stay away--if they can't create a quiet space to communicate with their clients over the phone....I don't give contracors a second chance--if they're not interested enough to return my call or keep an appointment, their work is likley to reflect the same lack of concern. NOT RECOMMENDED!

To be transparent, this review is based on a bad experience I had with the sales team. I did not hire Keselman, so can not speak to the quality of their work. Before the sales guy stepped foot inside of my home, he commented on some waterproofing work I recently had completed, and critiqued the quality of the work I had just spent thousands of dollars having done. It took these guys three weeks to put together an estimate for work I needed completed. In and of itself that is not an extraordinary amount of time although I told them ahead of time that I was ready to make a quick decision. But twice throughout this process the sales guy suggested that I may go elsewhere. After following up asking for an update on his estimate, he went dark for a week, only to respond asking if I still needed an estimate. Yes sir, I asked you for an estimate. Therefore I am still waiting. Finally came through incomplete and twice the amount estimated by other companies. While their presentation, website and marketing appear to be a well run company, this is just another typical contractor. Unreliable, lack of follow up, disorganized, and with terrible communication skills.

Keselman Construction Group is a company with very high standards and they live up to those standards in the entire construction experience from beginning to end. They are completely thorough in communicating with you what is to be expected as you plan and begin your job and your Project Manager keeps up with you daily on what is going on and what is expected to come next. Keselman did an outstanding job redoing my roof and gutters, and then I had them build a kitchen in our pool room. They were easy to work with and most importantly honest and trustworthy. I have worked with them now for 5 years doing multiple projects and I have and will continue to give them high recommendations!

Keselman did an amazing job of doubling the square footage of my bathroom while updating the classic look of a 1920's era cape cod home. Tony was on top of getting the project done on time and on budget. While Jessica made some amazing design decisions.
