I had to go to the store to return a shirt that was too big that we purchased on line. The staff was very helpful with the return and directing me to the shirts. Only they didn't have the same one. So even though I picked on of the same brand and style, I had to pay more. My shirt was a one day sale and they wouldn't honor it. They offered to have one brought over, but I had to park at a meter, that had a 30 minute time limit. I also purchased OSU face masks. It was $18 for a three pack or $9 for one. Easy choice there.
