Grace Auto coerces their customers into leaving 5 star reviews as they are purchasing the car, so I had originally left a 5 star review because I felt pressured to. However, after having the car for nearly 5 months, I have found the car was not thoroughly detailed at all (finding junk from previous owner crammed into the seats) and they sold me the car with hidden issues (broken fuel pump). I am very unimpressed with their services. I have now removed the Grace Auto license plate holder because I would not recommend to anyone. Update: After Grace Auto saw this review, they made it right and refunded us for the fuel pump and offered a thorough detail for free. I appreciate the thought and willingness to help.

Great service!! Everything was easy and the dealers were very kind and courteous! Edit: Changed rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. I have had my 2014 Kia Optima since January of 2021. I was very grateful by the easy process at the dealership to get a new car after an accident totaled my other one. The employees were kind, understanding, and did what they could to help us out. My problem comes, a year and a half later when, for the second summer in a row, I have to come over $1000 out of pocket for services. Yeah, part of its on me because I barely know a thing about my car. But, these are problems I noticed within the first few months of owning it, and was told that it was fine. Right as I started driving the car, I heard light squeaking from the brakes. I was told they were fine, and wouldnt need to be replaced anytime soon. I meant to get it serviced in May of 2021, but couldnt afford it at the time and was moving. I went a few month later in August to a service shop elsewhere, to find that, not only were my brakes severely worn, but the caliper had also melted on! $1500 there. I wasnt told that the engine had a recall on it, so I needed to have the ENTIRE engine replaced by the Kia dealership. Now, in July of 2022, my compressor needs to be replaced after going in for an HVAC and recharge. The AC wasnt even working well when I got it. We did a road trip down to Mississippi for a funeral in March of 2021, and had difficulty staying cool the entire time. Again, I figured that, maybe Im not doing something right, or that its normal. Very not normal if my AC only blows cool air when its cold outside, or Im going over 65mph. Another issue we had is that the rear taillight needed to be replaced within a week of having the car. I will say, our salesperson, Austin was a very charming man. He has mastered his craft and excels in it. Unfortunately, I have to agree that car salesmen are some of the worst sales people, even being a salesperson myself. I can never, Im good conscious sell my guests faulty merchandise. No matter how much it hurts my paycheck, or how pricy the item is. I was excited to have a nice car. But I hate that Ive been paying thousands of dollars a year for services that could have been avoided if the dealership hadnt sold me this vehicle in the condition it was in.
