The plumber they sent was well mannered and seemed like a pleasant guy and I do not blame him for their pricing. Beyond that this Milltown company is horribly overpriced and I will never call them again. I would suggest using a smaller company that's not so greedy. They wanted 3K or 5K for less than a day's work. I've never felt as ripped off as I did by this company - they are HORRIBLE!!!

We understand that being able to start this project quickly was a priority for you and so we were glad you called us as we are typically equipped to start these types of projects either same day or next day. Other companies can certainly do the same work for cheaper but, as you mentioned, are not prepared to start the project until a week after you accept their proposal. While we ultimately were not able to compete on price, we appreciate that you gave us the opportunity to show you what we're all about. Giving 3 stars because I did not actually use them and cant comment on quality or professionalism, however, I will say to future customers looking for a quote to do your due diligence before booking and get multiple quotes. I am unsure why they quoted us so high but two other plumbing places quoted us 1/3 of the cost Milltown quoted us! I am sure they are great people and do a good job based on all the reviews but wow was that quote ridiculous.

This was my first time using this company and I am happy with the service. Nathan B was super kind and answered all my questions and concerns. Nick was also great. They both clearly knew exactly what theyre doing and were very informative. However it was very expensive.. $3400 for a water heater replacement
