Basically the last video rental store in Sonoma County practically which is just a shame. These guys go above and beyond at the store they know their movies and they know their sequels they give great suggestions and enjoy their job. Joe is a great manager and owner keep up the great work my friend!
I've been a member of Joe's Video from way back when they first opened there Bennett Valley location, when we moved I started going to the Stony Point RD. location. For over 10 years I've been giving Joe's my business. I just had the worst experience ever . My son and I rented 4 stock DVD' and a 7 day new release My son says he does not want the new release as were driving home(yes that's our fault) so I turn around and go right back to see about exchanging it for another(I just paid almost $7 to rent it). I was informed the only do exchanges on defective items-I told him the DVD never even left my car, their response was "That's not our fault, so no" and was just brushed off in a most arrogant manner. I've been a member of lots of video rental stores and no other store has ever not allowed me to exchange a video that I literally just rented. I mean I could understand if I had the dvd overnight or even for two hours but I had the dvd for about 15 minutes, certainly not long enough to watch it. The bottom line is I wouldn't be writing this if I hadn't been treated so crappy by their employee. Joe's has lost a long time customer because of rude and arrogant staff.
