I am so upset after my latest appointment at Cha Chas. I had been in before and absolutely adored the shop and my stylist. I booked another appointment about two months later. I had previously gotten very few wispy bangs and as they have grown out, I wanted blend them into my hair with layers and curtain bangs. I left with more bangs than when I entered the shop. The bangs are straight across my forehead even past my temples. I did not get what I asked for at all. I balled my eyes out the second I left the shop. I now have SO MUCH bang that I need to pin back, when all I wanted was to hide the bangs. I spent over $100 in the shop and Im so upset that I spent most of my paycheck on this. I reached out to my stylist personally, who offered to bring me back in and cut more to make it appear thinner. I explained I cannot afford another appoint & need to grow all of this out, rather than make it even shorter. Im sorry, Im not one to leave negative reviews but I spent too much money to be looking and feeling like this.

Ive been seeing Keely for almost a year now and I will never go to another stylist again! She does impeccable work and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Her skills are absolutely insane! My appointments with her are always something I look forward to because not only do I leave with gorgeous hair, but she makes you feel comfortable and heard. Shes super down to earth and easy to talk to. All around a badass!
Melika, We can imagine how aggravating a flat tire can be. We can also understand how not getting the service you wanted can be upsetting. We hoped that you would understand that we book our services based on time and we had rebooked you for the time we needed for your service. We communicated that your flat tire had set your appointment time back to far to finish the cut or style with your appointment. We were happy to reschedule but the service you expected was not possible due to your flat. We hoped that you would understand that we could not impact appointments after your scheduled time, even though a flat tire is out of your control. We only have so many hours in a day. We do our very best. We have to consider and value all of our clients time that books with us. We apologize it didnt work out today.

I got a Flat tire called them 15 min before appointment at 2pm. Told them Ill be 10-15 min late. They said its ok. I made it at 2:20 parked the car. Got a call saying they wont have enough time to finish my hair. I said they wont have to style it or cut it, those usually take an hour of my appointment. They said theyd reschedule Me and they wont be able to NOT CUT OR STYLE! Its a messed up service. Ive been going there for 2 years now. If I could give it a no star I would. Dont waste your money for such disrespectful services.
