Waited 45 minutes after the appointment time for the technician to come out. Got fed up with their service and have decided to look elsewhere. Technician also stated he tried calling me but couldn't get through. Funny since I did not receive a phone call from him nor a missed call. Service order:2886-1

took 20 minutes to figure out the appointment I had chosen no longer exists in their system and now the next appointment isn't for a month. Why is it so hard to simply book an appointment???

The technician was promptly on time, very polite and professional, and did a BEAUTIFUL job cleaning/sweeping out our wood burning stove. I have never seen it look this clean! And we now feel so much safer with burning throughout the season without worrying about it being dirty and causing a house fire. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy and they were able to come out relatively soon which was great. Definitely recommend this company!!!

Logan and the Midtown team were super friendly, thorough, and quick throughout the process. They were able to give me a bid AND do the work about 2 weeks before their competitor would even come out and provide a bid. Great experience overall.
The only star is for the friendly and helpful phone call while making my booking - thank you Danielle for the informative and educational call about the type of inspection and service needed for my home. Sadly, after receiving a confirmation of a same day appointment, complete with a work order # and price attached for two fireplace inspections, the tech never showed. I called 50 min after their expected arrival time and was told the appt was never confirmed. When I asked why I got a confirmation email and no phone call or follow up that they wouldn't be honoring the appointment, there was no good answer. The newest date I could be rescheduled for was Dec 17, and even that date they couldn't commit to servicing both fireplaces.
