Bad. To make things short for people who want a quick review: If you are buying ONLY tickets, use AR Travel. IF you are buying a "service" or a "package", look elsewhere, you will be disappointed. So, First day we are their, we leave the Airport, wander around for 1 HOUR due to not knowing where the bus is, as were the other people in our group. Leader not there as promised. Finally we find the bus, when I say find, I mean a random guy walked up to us asking if we are with AR Travel when half the place was empty. We get onto the bus. Then, there is a 2 hour wait for other people to get onto the bus. At this point its Fajr. Funny thing is, we were given a SIM Card with a number, nobody answered the phone, at all. In fact, we ran out of credit calling the group-leader. So we get dropped of after a 3 hour drive to our Hotel at Mecca, the 3 hour wait was the only honest time frame we were give amongst the other times we were falsely given. We went to rest, as did everyone else; 1 Hour later we get a call saying we should be ready for Umrah in 1 Hour. We have endured a 7 hour total flight, with 3 hours wait at Turkey airport, with a 3 hour delay with the coach and a 3 hour coach ride, totalling 16 Hours travel and our (experienced) group leader wants us to complete Umrah with 1 Hour rest? Nobody went as a group for Umrah, everyone went themselves. What our group leader should of had done, is that he should of arranged a later time for us to go on Umrah if nobody was going. But of course, this did not happen. Come Wednesday, we are told to get up at 7 AM for Ziyarat. Finally I'm thinking we would get something we had paid for. Again, wrong. The guide only spoke Urdu, I am more Proficient in English as are other members of the group (especially the kids) so the guide was unable to answer basic questions and we were left with their own assumptions. Our group leader was unable to help either. What's funny is, we were told to get up at 7AM as the Ziyarat would take all day up till Evening to complete. We were back 3 Hours later at 10 AM. We later found out that there are 12 Ziyarat out of which we completed only 4. So that service too was left unprovided. We then were told we would go to Madina on Sunday/Monday, so we went. The transport was really bad. It was small, noisy and very uncomfortable with mosquitoes at the rear etc, no coach. Our luggage was damaged as it was placed with ropes on the top of the Van. Our luggage is thrown at Airports, doesn't get damaged, but at a Road trip it gets damaged. The handle of our suitcase also broke so we had to purchase a new one at Madina. We were told that the hotels at Madina would be better than Mecca, false. There was not even enough space for the prayer matt in the room! The rooms were 1/2 of the rooms at Mecca. We went on the Second Ziyarat, same Van we came to Madina in. Apart from the disappointment, we had a great time, we urge anyone who hasn't been to go on Umrah (not with these guys tho, you'd be mad to go with them) Lots of promises made, but not much provided. The only thing they did right was provide the tickets and Visas. Other stuff: Journey to Madina to the Airport would be 1 Hour 30 Mins (Turned out to be 3+ hours) Journey from Mecca to Madina would be 3-4 hours (Turned out to be 6 Hours) Poor. (Character level exceeded) Avoid these guys and don't listen to their lies.
